I have a lot in my collection and have been on top of new releases for a while but this stands out but isnt the only release that remains fresh from this label. Tough call on favorite track. Favorite track: Used Thug.

Most known for his hybrid melds of various permutations from the UK Bass universe, Yorkshire-based Jamie Harka has emerged as a genuinely original and creative influence in the music community. Whilst some have attempted to classify his output as a sort of footwork-esque fusion, with his latest musical incarnation on Unchained, with the Dull Corner EP, we have a piece of work that is, without a doubt, its own disparate visionary beast.

“I’ve taken a new approach to this EP, a richer and earthier sound compared to my previous work... Swapping rave stabs for neuro bass hits, and pitched vocals for gritty chants. I’m aiming to show a more serious side of my repertoire that hopefully appeals to even more ears.”
We are stoked to have the FMO that is Harka on board the Unchained mutant-beat train.
